not ACK'ing the correct REQ, double ACK'ing etc. etc.

Are you sure this is rc6 and not rc5 or earlier? Because this exact bug was fixed in rc6 :)

yeah, it's rc5, I even read the post about rc6 and completely missed this

CAP REQ did not work with multiple arguments
