| Summary | 0003259: useless OperOverride notice | ||||
| Description | for example do "/mode #channel +ia not_used_nick" (not only +ia, other modes with +a (or +o if user have only +h) will also cause it), if you are not channel owner (+q) it will cause OperOverride notice like "-unreal.hub.localhost.net- *** OperOverride -- sanniassin (ident@localhost) MODE #chan +i", so really +a was not set to anybody and this notice looks weird, because +i is not override if oper have +h/+o on #channel as i know it was also reproduced on Linux with Unreal 3.2.4 | ||||
| 3rd party modules | |||||

Can someone reproduce this? |

Yes, there's some muckery here. It's a bit icky and not on the top of my list right now. There's other issues in the oper-override area (regarding half-ops) that should be tackled at the same time. |

Guess this must be fixed. I see no useless OperOverride if I do +ia hfdshfsdl. If +i is already set I get no operoverride and if it was -i then I see just the +i. |
